Our Administration Team

Bethan came to Takapuna Health in 2017 after 10 years working in health administration and accounts in the private sector.  Bethan enjoys creating systems and processes to enable the whole team to work effectively and offer a high standard of service and care to patients and their families. In her spare time she enjoys walking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Samantha commenced at Takapuna Health in 2013 and in July 2019 was appointed as Senior Receptionist & Administration Assistant. She has continued to progress her role at Takapuna Health and in 2021 became the Administration Supervisor. She is in charge of the reception team and supports the practice manager to ensure the effective running of the clinic. As mum to three boys Samantha is kept busy with work and family.

Marnie joined the team as a part-time medical receptionist in May 2021. She is currently studying for her Bachelor of Science - majoring in Psychology at the University of Auckland. While not at work, she enjoys travelling to the South Island to see her family and staying active!

Lovisa joined Takapuna Health in May 2023.
